1) Crafting credible public systems for quality and timely outcomes needs the adoption of public management that addresses the challenges of the last mile. Discuss
2) India and South Korea relations can have a long-term positive impact on both countries and the Indo-Pacific region. Do you agree? Provide arguments in support of your answer.

Excellent answer! Very good use of diagram, and very comprehensive in terms of content. You can also add semi-conductor manufacturing in Tech transfer as SK is at the forefront of chip manufacturing/testing and India is trying to establish the ecosystem here.
Also in IR questions, to the extent possible, try to use ‘rules based order’, its the buzzword in diplomacy these days. This could be added under the Indo-Pacific section.
Keep writing 🙂
Thank you very much

Great Answer! Very wide range of points.
Perhaps You can cut down the words You use, e.g., in Tech Development point You can simply list down the technologies in a line like cyber-technologies, semiconductor manufacturing, space tech etc. Brevity is the key in Mains answer due to word/time constraints.
Also You can add a simple map, refer the answer below, he has added a simple map, so will get extra marks for that.
Overall very nice answer!

Yes! I’ll practice map for sure. Its marks fetching.
thanku for suggesting and reviewing.
I was thinking that drawing map may not be relatable due to sufficient distance between two countries. Please suggest where we should avoid maps.
You are right in a way, It is not mandatory to draw a map. It is not a question of strictly adhering or avoiding, up to You if You can find an innovative way to represent.
Here, the map can be relevant by depicting the Indo-Pacfic as contiguous to both India and South Korea. It is directly related to the theme of the question as well.
If the question had been specifically about trade relationship between India and South Korea, perhaps map was avoidable.
Also, draw a map only if You are able to do it within time limit (8-9 mins/question). Don’t spend too much time on it and in turn missing out on content.
Ultimately, it is about every extra mark You can extract in an answer, use whatever unique way You can to make Your answer stand-out.
Thanks. Try to adhere to it.
Sorry for inconvenience. It is due to network issues.
Please review my answer script.
Great answer! All dimensions of the relationship seem to have been covered. Good that You also added the Buddhism angle which is missing in other answers.
Nothing much to suggest. Be mindful of the word limit also.
Keep writing 🙂
Very Nice Answer! Proper structure and fairly good coverage of points.
Refer other answers, you can get some more points like Buddhism, or India as market for South Korean goods etc. Try to use a simple Map as well.
Keep writing 🙂
