Great Answer! In terms of coverage, awesome, all points have been covered. Structure and flow are also good.
Only suggestion is to use smaller sentences/cut unnecessary words, answer seems to have exceeded the word limit e.g., there is no need to mention that Ministry has invited comments from the public on the policy. Similarly the aspect of voting can be mentioned in 1-2 lines that ‘Despite legal provisions under PWD Act, PwDs face lack of physical accessibility like absence of ramps or braille-enabled EVMs’.
Word and time limit are crucial, try to perfect your expression adhering to the limits.
Keep writing 🙂

Excellent answer! Nothing much to suggest. Perhaps could have mentioned the Act under which the rules were formulated. Keep a check on the word limit. All else seems perfect.

Thanks for appreciation. After reading article, i am trying to connect it with the theme of the question. I am trying to incorporating all socio-economic, political, cultural aspect. You can divide introduction according to question like definition, data, current debate or past event of the topic etc. I am preparing current issues according to subtopics of GS. Last but not the least try to analyze the answer copy of toppers for better understanding where you will get an idea how to proceed according to the demand of the question. We can connect on email if wish to do so.

Good attempt! Nice handwriting, easily readable, proper headings/sub-headings. Keep it up.
However, there is scope of improvement in content. You have focused only on the structural aspect of changes (like committees etc.) Instead try to address the core concern which is doing away with the consent of the tribal dwellers which was mandated by the FRA, 2006. Then discuss the implications for all stakeholders.
Refer to Radha’s answer for her approach. You’ll get a better idea.
Keep writing 🙂

Great Answer!
Only 1 issue I found was repetition of the lack of political participation, it is in the introduction and then again after the need for Policy. Ideally, You could have avoided it in the introduction part. Rest all so good.
