Good answer! Good use of the map.
Some suggestions:
1. You can begin by citing India’s coal reserves/production and yet India faces shortage.
2. You need not delve too much into the negatives of dependence on imports. Focus more on the problems/challenges of coal sector (why production is low) and how it can be improved (aspect of focused approach).
3. In the challenges section, do add the aspect of lack of infrastructure in the coal production regions and the localization of mines in forest areas etc.
4. You can improve the suggestions section like establishing a coal regulator, enhancing infrastructure, improving extraction tech, faster clearances with compensatory afforestation etc.
5. Cross-check the reserves in the Western Ghats region, I wasn’t aware of coal reserves in the region.

Thank you very much. Review helps a lot.
And it is not Western ghats.it was western and mid Himalayas where we have untapped coal potential. I went wrong there.

Great answer! I think the suggestion under enhancing domestic production and reducing imports can be clubbed, as the two are inter-related. Also label the map, just name the States highlighted in the map.

Good one! Great content and proper structure.
Since you list down a lot of reasons, try to list the important ones first, e.g., health officials say surveillance/monitoring, communication and containment strategies are the most important aspect of controlling spread. So these points should be listed first.
Also I feel TRIPS waiver is not very relevant here, as it was raised to the very specific case of COVID. Similarly, RT-PCR testing will enhance detection, it is not a reason behind increased spread. So avoid this.
Good answer overall!

RT-PCR will help in detection of new cases. It may be possible that cases are already existing but due to increased testing number of detected cases has been increased.

Spread of disease is different from its detection. It is a function of transmission, with how much ease or difficulty it transmits from person to person.
Testing only helps in detection. In the absence of testing also, the disease would have spread, only that we would be unaware. Testing enhances probability of detection, not spread.

Very nice handwriting! Good answer.
1. Introduction is good and relevant. However after that there is some deviation. Elaborate briefly on the reasons why production is low.
2. Points in the way forward can be improved e.g., mention first establishment of coal sector regulator instead of mentioning increase coordination between regulator and participants, infrastructure etc. Refer Radha’s answer, she has given many points.
3. Avoid using up/down signs in the answer. To address time constraint, practice to express views in less words rather than using signs.
Some aspects of your answer are really good, slight improvement required in other dimensions, practice a bit and it’ll improve.
Keep writing 🙂
