Great answer! In challenges, you could have included the issues related to the Right of Way. State Governments as well as Union Government Ministries have their own rules which leads to delay in clearances for laying down the fibre cable. Map is good, you could have also added a simple schematic, two distant towers connected by underground cables.
Rest all looks great!

Overall good attempt, You have listed both the benefits and challenges of use of technology. However, while listing the shortcomings of ‘over-use’ of technology, highlight the aspect of ‘de-humanization’.
The use of technology eliminates human role, so in case of tech failure, the authorities can’t do anything, they don’t have over-riding powers. Earlier, they could have taken a subjective call based on circumstances like old age, pregnant woman, disabled etc., and relaxing a procedure/requirement to help them on compassionate grounds. Now, its beyond their control. Thus technology has aided the ‘dehumanization’, human beings are reduced to a data point in a dataset or number on a dashboard. Basic rights are being denied because of over-reliance on tech.
Just add this aspect, otherwise seems a great answer!

Great attempt! While you have mentioned the aspect of empathy and compassion, do highlight that technology eliminates human intervention, and the ability to take subjective calls in special circumstances. Authorities can’t help people even if they want to. Thus ‘de-humanization’

In Q1, you need to structure the points according to harmful impact of technology. Just mention the negative impact, no need to go into details. Refer Ruchi or Neelesh’s answer.
Also there is a need to work on the structure of sentences/grammar. Handwriting can be improved a bit. Don’t worry, both these aspects can be improved with slight effort. You can make a small answer writing group, discuss it with your peers and then write. With practice, it’ll get better.

Very nice! You have tried to define dehumanization in the introduction which was missing in the other answers. Most of the points have been covered regarding benefits and shortcomings of tech.
However, in shortcomings elaborate the ‘dehumanziation’ aspect, lack of empathy/compassion due to lack of face-to-face interaction. No power to override the tech in case of a glitch, thus ‘dehumanized’. Rest is good. Keep an eye on the word limit.

Great answer! All points have been covered. Good that You have also mentioned the way forward.
Just one suggestion, content can be cut short e.g., in the point related to RoW, just mention that “Departments of the Union Government, State Governments and Local bodies are following different rules regarding Right of Way. This leads to delay in clearances, slowing down the pace of fiberization”. This is more than enough, no need to elaborate further.
Being brief will help You in completing the paper on time. So be mindful of the word limit.

Good attempt! The introduction and the first half of the answer are really good. However, You have deviated in the challenges. Cost You have mentioned, but other challenges include huge expenditure, and ‘Right of Way’ issues. At present different Governments (Union, State, Local) have different rules (like how much compensation for using land for laying cables). This has led to delays. Answer on these lines. Other aspects are look good!

Nice! Answer looks good in terms of content, almost all points mentioned in both benefits/negative impact on human rights. However, do add the core aspect of missing human touch i.e., empathy/compassion. Technology prevents authorities from taking subjective calls based on special circumstances, so the human touch is absent. You can define what dehumanization means, and then mention this dimension.

Sir / mam. I think I mentioned it in terms of Humane aspect where people considered as mistake makers there by treating badly make them humiliated . But however i think if I mentioned the word empathy / compassion it would be catchy . Thank u for your review and insights that are provided
