1.) The increasing rate of electrical accidents requires immediate attention. Examine the factors behind such accidents and also suggest some policy measures to prevent them.
2.) Technology has been proposed as a silver bullet by many to solve the problem of custodial deaths. Do you think, technology is an effective solution against custodial deaths?

Wow, excellent! Properly structured and very comprehensive, nice use of diagram. Perhaps you could have also added the point of lower awareness and a general lack of ‘safety attitude’ among the public. It is also the reason why most accidents happen in non-industrial consumer locations.

Great answer! Looks properly structured with good content. Good use of schematics especially 5S Safety framework.
Some suggestions:
1. The answer seems a bit long. You can actually do away with first 3 paragraphs and begin directly with NCRB data. Generic statements/sentences are more appropriate for essay, not GS (strict time and word limit).
2. Suggestions section could have been bit better in terms of content, like the most important aspect is ensuring regulations are adhered, thus frequent audits and penalties in case of violation should have been mentioned.
