1.) Recently notified green energy open access rules has the potential of making a paradigm shift for the growth of renewable capacity in India. Do you agree?

2.) Highlight the hurdles ahead of the private sector’s entry into the space sector. What policy measures are required to ease and enhance their entry?

You began well, but didn’t mention the biggest challenges in private participation. Those are: (a) Requirement of high capital (space sector is very capital intensive e.g., making satellites requires huge amounts of money); (b) R&D oriented, so there is a need of strong R&D ecosystem which takes time to establish; (c) Attracting highly skilled talent e.g., there is need of graduates with Masters/PhD having strong propensity for research which is lacking in India etc. You should have answered on these lines. Fears of Monopoly of private sector are not a challenge per se, it can be addressed by appropriate policy measures (like independent authority which you have mentioned in the policy measures 🙂 ).

Great answer! In terms of content all points covered.
Perhaps in intro could have mentioned current status of private sector in Space economy. Also in the main body you can use terms terms capital intensity of space research, technology sharing etc. Attracting talent is an issue you can have added.
Overall great attempt.

Good answer. All aspects ticked with respect to content, structure etc. Perhaps in intro, you could have mentioned the applications of space sector to indicate the diversity and opportunities.
