Good answer but there is scope for improvement. Some more points on challenges could be added (technical awareness of auditor, misuse). I think there should be a evaluation in just one sentence and then conclusion. Overall your ans is good.

Good attempt. Some really good points you mentioned regarding Government taxes and data privacy. Nice handwriting, coverage seems appropriate.
One more point you can add in the need is that due to lack of regulation, there is ambiguity on the status of online games. While games of skill are legal, games of chance involving money amount to betting which is banned by law in many states. So State Governments make arbitrary decisions which results in loss of revenue, also violate fundamental rights (Art 19(1)(g)).
Secondly, there are concerns regarding some online games involved in money laundering activities through 3rd party wallets. Such companies are located in tax havens and avoid Government’s scrutiny, should be declared illegal by law.
Under the regulatory framework, do add provision of a regulatory authority to oversee the industry, address customer issues etc.
