Answer is good, introduction is relevant. Overall structures is according to the need of the question.
Some minor improvements:
1. Please cross-check India’s rank in reserves. According to the Article it is 4th, after China, Russia and Vietnam.
2. In examples, be more specific, e.g. You should write Equipments used to produce renewable energy like solar panels instead of writing just renewable energy.

You are correct, the article is wrong actually. India’s rank is 5th according to the USGS. China, Vietnam, Russia, Brazil are the top 4, followed by India.

Going by the second half of the answer, it seems fine. Handwriting is legible, structure and presentation seem good too.
In the suggestions You can also add the point that rare earths can be taken out of the ambit of atomic minerals, which will allow private entities to participate in the mining activities.
