But, the answer is very long. In the exam, You have less than 9 minutes per question, to think and write. You can’t write so much stuff else You’ll miss out on many questions, so You have to be brief and precise.
e.g., You can write Pt. 5 like this
Extending Social Security: Paid leaves, Insurance Benefits, Pension Plans etc.
That’s all, no need to elaborate further.
Also in Mains answers, avoid generic statements like ‘In the era of… we must focus on gig workers’. Such lines are relevant for essay where You have to write 1000+ words. In GS, You get only ~200 words. So write crisp informative sentences.
e.g., With the expansion of Gig Economy, number of gig workers has risen to 60+ Lakhs. They lack adequate social security benefits. So NITI Aayog has come up with recommendations.
Use of diagram/flowchart is good. You can add more e.g., for the RAISE Framework.
So, in terms of content, answer is great, work on keeping it short and relevant.
