Content is good
Kindly refrain from writing too much in box
Mention 4 pillars clearly and revolve the significance around them to get some points

Then, come to comparison with BRI as one of the points

Also add violation of Article 14 in the point related to Bail. Convicted person on bail can vote, under-trial in jail can’t vote, violates Right to Equality.

The answer looks completely misunderstood
Giving criminalisation of politics as one point was enough but basing entire answer on it is not

Kindly link the que to 2 key point:
1- Right to vote for persons in jail
2- Right to candidature in elections for the persons in jail

base your arguments from the tommorrow’s The Hindu article

In terms of content, all points have been comprehensively covered.
Answer seems very long, much beyond word limit. Try to use smaller sentence.
e.g., no need to write ‘Under the PGII framework’ in every point of PGII/BRI comparison.
Cut down words e.g., the last point can be brief, ‘BRI/China uses debt trap tactics while PGII projects will be grants based’. This will save you both time and words.
Try to add diagrams/schematics. Refer to the other answer, the aspirant has used simple schematic for 4 pillars of PGII.
Work on these aspects, in terms of content and structure, very good answer.
Keep writing 🙂
