Answer is good. You can elaborate a bit about myriad issues as mentioned in the question statement.
Similarly more dimensions can be covered under Relevance. You can pick each theme and elaborate the corresponding benefit e.g.,
Environment: Educating people for adopting a sustainable lifestyle like LIFE;
Welfare of women: Sensitizing about gender issues, educating women about their rights;
National Integration: Promoting brotherhood, sharing positive stories about communal harmony;
Agriculture: Extension services for farmers etc.

Good attempt! You can first briefly define myriad issues faced by India and then mentioning themes listed in the guidelines, highlight the relevance/benefits.
Ideally, you should structure your answer with clear sections with proper titles.
e.g., here after Intro, you can use ‘Issues’ as heading and then briefly describe issues. Then you can describe benefits/relevance. Try to give specific benefits instead of generic statements e.g.,
Environment: Educating people for adopting a sustainable lifestyle like LIFE;
Welfare of women: Sensitizing about gender issues, educating women about their rights;
National Integration: Promoting brotherhood, sharing positive stories about communal harmony;
Agriculture: Extension services for farmers etc.
Good attempt! Introduction can be more specific. If nothing comes to mind, you can simply mention financial system and its components like Central Banks, Banks, Financial Markets etc.
Also touch the issues like persistent inflation amidst slowdown thus the challenge of balancing growth with inflation targeting, rising interest rate in the US leading to flight of capital and currency depreciation, rising debt and the challenge of NPAs etc.
I have written it as a 15 marks (250 words) answer.

You need to answer according to the question statement. So begin by mentioning some of the issues and then address how the content on relevant themes can help address these issues like gender sensitization, lifestyle change in context of climate change, promotion of communal harmony etc.
