Excellent answer! Some points related to data portability and parental consent etc. can be added. I feel there are lots of points to be covered in this question, but can’t be done due to word limit. Perhaps You can also consider a tabular format to compare the two Bills.
Overall very nicely presented!

Thank you for the suggestions. Even i was confused what to write and what to leave, will surely use a tabular format for this.

Good attempt! Approach is good in the sense the points are properly numbered, handwriting is legible. There is scope of some improvement
– Some points esp. the first one can be shortened. e.g., You can simply write that the 2022 Bill tries to address the concerns related to Data Localization by relaxing some conditions.
– You can classify the arguments into distinct sections: where 2022 Bill is an improvement; and where it fails to improve.
– To save on word limit, try to present in a tabular format for comparing the two Bills. May be more convenient.

Good attempt! but You can do better. Classify the arguments into sections, improvement over previous Bill and concerns.
Data Localization concerns have been addressed to some extent. Issues that remain include control of the Government, dilution of powers of DPB, data portability etc.
Don’t include points like fiscal consolidation. Also check points like sharing of info between States, not sure how Bill will ensure this.

Looks good! Content and structure are appropriate. Proper titled sections.
Also include points like Island development, tourism etc. In concerns, add the point related to locals/tribal population.
Try to draw a freehand map of A&N Is and Indian peninsula. Show approx location of Great Nicobar.
Overall nice answer!

Great answer! Very good presentation.
Introduction seems limited only to government’s perspective, mention digital economy like e-commerce, social media also.
Good use of table, also provide your assessment, whether improvement over not, or which one is better.
Could’t understand link between right to be forgotten and right to freedom of speech of others. Right to be forgotten is being considered good as it gives right to the users over their own data.
Overall very good!
