Try to give the positive aspects of the issue also. Challenges with EWS Quota and Arguments against EWS can be clubbed together. Some of the points can be rephrased better, difficult to understand some sentences.

Great answer! Map is nice, but you can zoom out it a bit to show broader details like link with the Mediterranean Sea etc. Elaborate a little (1-2 lines) about food crisis (may be mention global hunger etc.). Overall looks nice!

Looks a balanced answer. It is also applicable to public institutions (of the Union Government). (Please correct first point under Salient features). Rest seems good.

Introduction can be cut short a little. Rest of the arguments are good and balanced. You can add ‘economic’ in context of inequality. Overall seems good.

Good answer, balanced arguments.
You can cut down the content, e.g., points 3, 4 and 5 can be clubbed together in one single point. You can avoid repetition of words.
Understand why I repeatedly emphasize this in review of your answers, in exam every second you can save will help you complete the paper. Expressing thoughts in lesser words will help you save time.

Yes sir/ma’am, I will surely keep in mind to keep the sentences short the next time, even I was feeling the same after writing the answer. Thank you.
