Questions
Do you think that the Collegium system is in urgent need of reforms? Give reasons for your opinion.
In light of the present situation, highlight the challenges and India’s approach to Multilateralism.

Please review and let me know my mistakes

Looks great! In the introduction, do add Higher Judiciary (Judges are selected by exam etc. for lower courts). Also in transparency mention there is no clarity on eligibility and selection criteria, merit etc. You can also mention practices in other mature democracies like the UK (Judicial Appointments Commission) and the US (President/Senate).
Right! Will add the points. Thanku for the review
You should work on the structure of sentences. The collegium system could have been defined better. Also include points like lack of clarity on parameters/basis of selection, lack of accountability. In suggestions do mention independent Judicial Appointments Commission in the UK, same can be adopted in India (though SC had overturned NJAC).
Good answer! It is a good practice to begin with proper definition or a relevant fact, which you followed. In content, there is a scope for some improvements e.g., mention ineffective ‘multilateral institutions’ like UN, WHO, instead of multilateralism; lack of enforcement mechanisms, Rising protectionism, ‘Every country for itself’ or GZERO etc.
In suggestions also, add keywords like Strategic autonomy, national/strategic interests etc. India’s approach is based on protecting its interests and taking principled stands. Briefly mention India’s stance on Climate/WTO issues etc.
Thank you sir , this is my first answer and first review
Great answer! Just add that there is lack of accountability under the present system. Also while describing collegium system, mention it is for higher judiciary.
Great answer! I think the point of post-retirement engagements can be avoided as it is not related to collegium system. In the point related to checks, add the system is not accountable at present. Rest is good!

Good answer! In introduction, You can briefly define collegium system and its evolution. 2-3 lines like consists of 1+4 senior most judges and evolved through Judicial pronouncements etc. Add the point of lack of transparency regarding selection criteria, what factors are considered for selection/rejection etc.
In suggestions, mention system like that in the UK can be adopted in India as well.
Great answer! Do mention ‘higher judiciary’ after appointment/transfer of judges. Also while mentioning points that can have judgmental overtones You can add a line like ‘experts/critics are of the opinion’ that it promotes nepotism. Rest is great!
