Good answer! You can cite examples of activism, before the going to negative aspects. You can also include tools of judicial activism like PILs, suo motu cognisance, powers under Art 142 etc. Powers are used when Executive/Legislature fail to act or cross their boundaries. Highlight that judicial activism can become overreach as well, quote some cases. It can violate principle of separation of powers.

Good answer! The definition can be improved a bit. Also be mindful of grammatical and spelling mistakes. Also include aspects of conflict resolution, empathy etc.

Excellent answer! Nothing much to suggest! Perhaps You can also include empathy somewhere, emotional maturity helps to develop empathy. Also try if definition can be broken down in smaller sentences. Overall a quality answer!

It is completely offtrack, read about judicial activism first. It is where Judiciary acts proactively to check actions/inactions of Executive/Legislature to protect Constitutional Principles including fundamental rights of citizens.

Good answer! Many relevant points, the definition is apt as well. Add points related to action/inaction of the Executive/Legislatures. You can also mention tools like PILs etc.
Please work on improving the presentation, some of the words are difficult to read. Also make the bullet points more prominent. Better readability leaves good impression.

Great answer! Rephrase the definition slightly, one is not able to control other’s emotions, but able to better respond to them through one’s emotional intelligence. Content is nice, very relevant points. Good stuff.

Good answer! Definition is apt. Do mention some tools of Judicial Activism like PILs, suo motu cognizance etc. In need, mention some cases e.g., where executive action violates human rights like SC Guidelines on fake encounters, legislature fails to act like Section 377 of IPC etc. Keshavanand Case can be cited for Basic Structure Doctrine etc. In criticism, there is thin line that separates activism from overreach e.g., the ban on sale of liqour was criticized as overreach. Also it can violate the principle of separation of power.

Looks great! Content is good, but presentation can be improved a bit, for ex. write properly Sec 377 of IPC (i.e., try to be specific), also You can line 2-3 explanatory words (like Vishakha Guidelines about sexual harassment at workplace. Some of the words are not legible, you can work here to improve.
