Questions
1) There have been continuous to efforts to regulate the physical infrastructure that forms the backbone of Digital India. Bring out the implications of steps toward regulating the digital ecosystem.
2) Do you think that the culture of vacations for the higher judiciary should be discontinued?
Good attempt, there is scope for some improvement. Cases pending are in crores, please cross check. Points in benefits are good, but some points can be rephrased, esp. the point related to cases of Constitutional importance. Content is negative aspects can be improved, highlight the aspect that the Judges have to undertake a lots of work including reading case briefs, writing/editing Judgments, reading precedents/other cases etc. Plus there are administrative works, so effectively it balances out. Even during vacations, some Judges are working on rotational basis etc.

There is scope of better structuring and presentation e.g., You can first briefly highlight the issues in the system to argue why there is a scope for cutting down on vacations. However, then provide arguments that vacations alone are not responsible for pendency e.g., SC Judges are already handling very high number of cases/person, Also there is huge workload, deciding one case itself takes lot of effort. Conclude by suggesting that ideally strength of judges and infra should be enhanced
