Setting up Digital Banking Units (DBU) is a big step in the direction of Ease of Living for the common citizens and strengthening digital infrastructure. Examine.

Good answer! Do highlight the concerns or mention them as ‘steps that can be taken to ensure effectiveness of DBUs’. The concern is digital literacy. e.g., ICICI bank has announced to establish ‘self-service’ DBU’s without any any assistance staff. (apart from assisted DBUs). This’ll need digital literacy. Also since the products/services offered are in digital format (like end-to-end digital processing of loans) there are concerns regarding online frauds. So focus must be on security. Online Content has to be provided in vernacular language in rural areas.
These aspects can be covered in brief.

Some of the points are relevant, try to avoid arguments not related to the theme of the question e.g., cryptomarket etc. Highlight the aspect related to coverage and inclusion more (You have mentioned them, can elaborate related points a bit more like it will reduce paperwork, quick servicing/faster processing etc). Good that you have included the drawbacks. You can re-classify them as focus areas to ensure success of DBUs.

Looks great! You could have given a simple definition of Quantum Computing in the introduction. Also mention threat to critical cyber-infrastructure systems. In suggestions, You can mention involvement of private sector in developing both hardware/software related to quantum technologies. More points can be found here.

Avoid the argument related to Black money, not sure how it’ll help. Rest of the points seem appropriate and very relevant. You can rephrase first suggestion, simultaneous focus should be on enhancing digital literacy especially in the under-served sections.
