The present CSR framework required to be strengthened to make it more suitable for the present Social, Environmental and other requirements of India. Discuss.
Highlight the concerns associated with Rice exports. What are the factors that are aggravating the issues associated with Rice cultivation in India?

Great answer!
Overall content and structure are good, but 2 vital points are missing.
With exports, the concern is that India is exporting ‘water’ while being a water stressed nation. The article mentions that most of the countries where India exports rice, have higher per capita water availability than in India, so this is not an efficient/sustainable way of production.
Second, in the factors, do mention MSP (You have mentioned it, but in a different context). MSP has distorted crop pattern from that conducive to local agro-ecology. Also free electricity has resulted in over-irrigation (mention this in already included point of water table in Punjab). Rest is great!
Thank you so much. Your valuable points really helps. Virtual water export is a great point. Thanks for pointing out and supporting.
Great answer! 2 points missing. One of export of water by India along with rice (due to high consumption of water in rice cultivation).
Also MSP is distorting crop pattern in Punjab. Free electricity results in over-irrigation.
Thanks sir

Looks great! The point under ‘Issue with the Act’ is bit unclear and vague, couldn’t understand it, You can rephrase it better. Another shortcoming is that companies lack in-house capacity to implement such projects, and the approach is to fulfil the legal obligation, rather than making a difference. In community involvement, also mention NGOs.
Rest is really good and well structured.
Please review and allot marks

Good answer! You should include the points related to ‘water export’ and the issue associated with MSP (distortion of crop pattern). Question statement says ‘factors aggravating issues’, so You need to focus more on those factors, not on issues with rice cultivation per se.
There is deviation from the question statement. There are two parts, First, concerns with Rice exports, and second, factors aggravating issues with rice cultivation. So focus on these two aspects. Refer to the article, it has mentioned some concerns with rice exports.
Don’t make the mistake of writing what you know, write about what is asked in the question.
There is scope for improvement. Good that You began with the definition.
The provisions of the Act You have mentioned are not very relevant. Instead, mention the obligations (like how much to spend).
Similarly, the issues with current framework are not relevant, focus more on aspects like regional and sector disparities in fund allocation, lack of capacity, superficial projects that fail to create an impact etc. Similarly the suggestions should be based on above issues.
Refer the article link shared, understand the issue and then write the answer.
Great answer! In the introduction, provide in brief, the meaning of CSR. Content is very relevant. Add the point of lack of in-house capacity and data/transparency on activities etc. Don’t include the point of tax evasion etc, seem irrelevant in this context. Be mindful of the word limit.
Thanks a lot! I will keep that in mind.
