Great answer! Also add the point that the long process delays the adoption, which leads to long waiting time resulting in ‘black market’ and trafficking.
Do confirm the point regarding difference in HAMA and JJAct (family adoption vs refugee), I wasn’t aware of this, good to know.
Also there is another Act HMGA which doesn’t provide equal right to women regarding guardianship. Parliamentary Committee has recommended it to be amended. Covered in August edition of current affairs magazine. Please check that as well.
Overall really nice!

Thank you for your suggestions and review.
HAMA deals with family adoption. JJ act deals with children in conflict. It can be war, abandoned from family etc..comment image

Looks great! One more point related to recent observations of Parliamentary Committee on Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act can be added, women should be provided equal right of guardianship.

Very good arguments! Also include the point mentioned in the article, regarding raising the GST and pushing for entry of big/bulk buyers which might be harmful to small producers/farmers. As some suggestions can have political connotations, You can always phrase such comments as ‘some experts feel…’ or ‘there are concerns in some sections…’

Great stuff! Content is nice! One more point which can be added is related to
Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 (HMGA). It is not mentioned in reference article. Parliamentary Standing Committee has reviewed it and provided certain suggestions. One of them is providing equal right to women to act as guarding for adopted children. You can add these points (the recommendations are covered on Forum’s current affairs magazine August) Refer that once.
Overall great!

Good attempt! Some suggestions are really good and relevant. Some other are not so relevant and can be avoided (e.g., farm laws have been withdrawn, so they have no impact).
Point of 3L’s can be elaborated a bit more as to how they’ll address the challenges.
Point related to hike in GST can be added, some experts feel that this may force small growers out of the market.
Good attempt with some margin for improvement.
