Good answer! I think the definition could have been more straightforward (standard definition). Also mention some issues with the patent framework in India like pendency, low manpower, issues with Section 3 (like non-patentability of algorithms) etc. Similarly, in measures, suggest improving infra, simplifying process etc.

Looks great! I feel one line could have been added how patent provides incentives to innovate, and thus boosts innovation ecosystem (which You have mentioned). Some more issues with India’s Patent system could have been added like shortage of manpower, issues with section 3, enforcement mechanisms etc. Rest seems great!

Great answer! I think in the issues with the Draft Bill can be expanded to include more mentioned in the article. Way forward seems appropriate. If possible, to differentiate Your answer, draw a rough coastline of India and show some major ports.
Also please cross check, Ministry of Shipping (as also the article) mentions 12 major ports.

Awesome! I don’t feel I can suggest something to add here.
Handwriting doesn’t seem like it used to be earlier. Probably due to time pressure 🙂

Right! The question is very factual. Took a bit longer time to write.
Hope my handwriting is readable!? Should I be concerned about it!?

Yes it is readable, but it used to be more legible earlier. It happens when You write fast. Keep practicing like this, it will improve a little bit with time. But nothing to worry about I feel.

Nice answer! You can also add points related to poor enforcements of patent rights in India, as also the lack of manpower and raising awareness. These aspects need to be addressed to improve the situation.

Good attempt! Introduction is apt, structure/flow is good, handwriting is also nice.
In content some improvement is required, many points related to gaps in our patent system are missing like enforcements, manpower, issues with section 3 of Patents Act etc. You can refer them here. You can then suggest some steps for improving the system. To keep answer within word limit, use a digram/flowchart to show benefits of a robust patent system or steps taken by the Government for the same.
