Great answer! You can elaborate the DISCOM issue a bit as it is the biggest concern in the sector. Highlight that poor financial status of discoms has a cascading effect up the chain (producer and then Coal India). You can skip the point of emission intensity here. Electricity Act mostly deals with regulatory regime I think, Govt. is taking care of sustainability through Energy Conservation Act.
Great answer overall!

Good answer! In terms of structure and flow the answer is fine.
Some improvements is required in the content though.
You may elaborate how various provisions of the Amendment Bill correct the issues in the sector e.g., multiple distributors in same area will lead to competition and force the Discoms to be more efficient and focus on cutting losses.
Payment surety mechanism before dispatch means discoms pay the generator on time. This will reduce possibility of electricity crises we witnessed lately.
Similarly You can elaborate other points in 1-2 sentences.

Great answer!
Also add the point of poor funding (like ~16% budget cut of ASI recently). There is Government interference as well, e.g., rules were changed recently regarding construction activities near heritage sites.
Some points can be rephrased better e.g., You can write enhance skills and capacity of human resource instead of resolve manpower.
Overall nice!

Awesome, very comprehensive coverage! Nothing much to add here.
Just check the budget point. Acc. to the article, budget reduction is ~16% (200 Cr for 1250 Cr budget).
