You got it wrong, the primary serviceable area of NavIC extends upto 1500 km from the territory of India, along with the secondary service area also.
Do check it again.

Great answer! The only missing point is under significance, NavIC reduces dependence on external systems. Navigation systems have military applications as well, thus NavIC has a strategic dimension.

The answer is very well written with flow between various sections and a very suiting conclusion.
One thing I would suggest is that since the ethical dilemma faced by administrators is not asked in question, you could have made it concise, and expanded the portion of tackling the ethical issues a bit more or leave it as it is, just condensing the former.
It will save precious minute or two.
Review mine too.

Looks great! You should have provided 1-2 practical examples of ethical dilemma that an administrator can face. You can also quote Gandhiji’s Talisman as a possible tool to resolve the dilemma. Overall seems a very well structured answer!

In ethics answer, Introduction is apt.
But the part where you mentioned dilemma for administrator, I felt barring some points, rest were quite vague and not suiting.
Suggestion for dealing is very well written.
For NavIC answer, I think you misread the question or what but introduction is wrong, it doesn’t make sense how GPS is adding to technological development in India.
You could have elaborated more in comparison section, it is lacking various good points.

Introduction is good, covering all the points.
You should combine the application and significance part, since application is not asked.
In comparison portion, only comparison with GPS is asked, so, you should stick with that.
Try to stick to the question as much as you can. You know time and word limit both are against us.
Review mine too.

The answer is quite comprehensive.
The arrow based approach is good too. But in the second arrow part (significance), you could have avoided it. Because there are more points and examples to be covered. Here in this case, heading-sub heading-example approach can be used.

You can post separate answers as separate comments, easier to review. The ethics answer seems great to me. Only suggestion would be to provide at least one practical example of ethical dilemma. In second part, more values can be mention which can help resolve such conflicts. (Also check the statement regarding accountability to legislature, the bureaucracy in India is accountable to the political executive).

Great answer! Very concise and to the point. Well Structured according to the requirement of the question. Great Job!
Only suggestion is try to write small sentences, You have completed all introduction in one single sentence. Smaller simple sentences are more readable and easier to understand.

Nice answer! To the point, brief and concise. Good use of the tabular format for comparison, very easy to read.
The Introduction can be improved a little. Rather than talking about Government directive, tell in brief what a navigation system or NavIC is. In significance some more points can be added, refer other answers. Overall good, some margin for improvement though.

Great answer! Content is good. In comparison, good use of table, but more points could have been mentioned.
Also in significance, stick to the word limit, try to be brief. More words mean more time consumed and less questions attempted.

Amazing answer! Good diagram! Content is awesome!
Write full Geostationary and Geosynchronous. (Use acronyms if using same multiple times). You have mentioned S, L bands, do mention practical implications (any benefit or limitation).
Overall this a very high quality answer! Fantastic!

Great answer! The first example mentioned after definition is bit vague, try to provide practical/situation based examples. The one with personal vs public interest conflict seems more appropriate (is the word ‘notorious’ there? Rest seems good to me.

Good attempt! The example you have cited is very relevant, shows that you have understood the concept. The definition can be improved a little. You can refer to other answers.
The concerning area is that You have deviated in the second part. Some of the suggestions seem inappropriate. Again refer to some other answers for what could have been written. Concerning, because this has been happening for long.
In many answers, you begin well, but then you deviate completely. Try to understand why is this happening, probably lack of understanding of some aspects of an issue. Try to think and gather your thoughts before writing. If lacking clarity, read about the issue and understand. This is practice, not test series, so reading about an issue before writing is not cheating. Try to read other answers as well, and see where you can improve.

Good attempt! The definition can be improved a little, highlight that it involves a situation where the options/decisions are conflicting with ethical values, which causes the ‘dilemma’. Examples could be more relevant e.g., couldn’t understand moral policing/naxal thing.
