Good answer! Very nice introduction. Also add the impact of such complex judgments like failure to understand can lead to denial of justice, reduces access to justice etc.
The concluding paragraph can be kept more relevant to the question, conclude in terms of obligations of the Judges to keep it simple.

More way forward points can be added, practice by making boundries it helps in getting perspective of mains , and number of words differ a lot on a page with boundary and without boundary

Great answer!
In my opinion, introduction can be more relevant e.g., You can mention low LFPR or low representation of women in STEM Fields, or in positions of authority in institutions.
Points related to reasons are mostly good. One more important point can be added: Care work being sole responsibility of women, so many women have to take break or face extremely difficult situation in balancing personal/professional roles (Motherhood penalty).
In conclusion, add the need for social change, i.e., care work should be joint responsibility.

Great answer!
Some points can be clubbed though (e.g. lack of safety and workplace harassment can be one single point).
Also (unequal) family responsibility can be an independent point which affects both access to education and career participation ( i.e., don’t mention it under low enrolment, it impacts career as well).

Good answer. But it seems a bit long. You need not repeat the point related to understanding of Judgments multiple times (litigant, Judges, common people), once will suffice. Highlight the impact like it can lead to delay in justice or reduce people’s interest (or trust) in judicial system.
Don’t suggest AI in judgments. AI is making great progress but there are major concerns with it (including bias), so perhaps not the right time to use AI to write/interpret judgments.

Great answer! Only point missing is that of facilities for women (e.g., lack of creche facilities or separate washrooms etc.)
