1) Highlight the significance of the commissioning of INS Vikrant for India’s maritime strategy. What more needs to be done to strengthen India’s maritime power?
2) In India, cybercrime is increasing with the increased use of information and communication technology (ICT). Comment on the shortcomings in the infrastructure to tackle cybercrimes in India.
Good answer! Some very good aspects about the answer are proper pointwise arguments, proper structure and flow.
You have mentioned many relevant points but the content can be improved to some extent e.g.,
– The introduction can be more concrete. If You are not able to remember the NCRB data, You can mention generic fact like penetration of internet, or no. of users with smartphones etc. indicating increased vulnerability to cyber crimes.
– Some points mentioned in the reference article can be added. You can classify them under
(a) Procedural Gaps (lack of procedural code for investigating cyber crimes, collecting evidence);
(b) Human Resource Gaps (lack of skills in investigating officers to tackle cybercrimes;
(c) Infrastructure Gaps (lack of laboratories);
(d) Governance/Policy Gaps (Cross-country crimes and lack of international cooperation/institutions to deal)

You have mentioned in the answer that INS Vikrant is re commissioned it is not recommission it is commissioned , there are two parts in the question you can add the points for second part by adding a different heading, and by adding the points that you have added as example

Excellent answer! Proper introduction with definition. Very relevant points, within word limits. Perhaps one thing you can do to further differentiate your answer is to use sub-headings in the points like procedural gaps, human resource gaps, infrastructure gaps and policy gaps.

Great answer! I think some more points can be added e.g, you can elaborate Blue water navy a bit. Aircraft Carrier provides Indian Navy with offensive capabilities much beyond neighbouring waters. Also indigenously built aircraft reduces asymmetry with respect to China to some extent, enable India a greater role in QUAD. In terms of improvements, India can increase number of smaller vessels like frigates and destroyers to enhance it defensive and offensive capabilities further.

The presentation can be improved a bit e.g., in the suggestions part, the arrows look cluttered. Use simple bullets or numbers, it will improve readability.
