Chairman

sir – how are you ?
Q1 – Oh Allahabad University also offers undergraduate courses ?
I replied yes sir .
Q2 – Then he asked why the recent pace of civil servants coming from University has reduced ?
Q3 – Ok tell me the significance of Raebareli (basically wanted to know political significance) then briefed about some more districts having political significance like Ballia .
Q4 – Next question was on labour reforms , why it has been bought , what impact it will have and what more suggestions can I give ( good question)
Q5 – Next question was on msme -aksed turnover and investment limit , its significance and my suggestions on it .

Member 1

Q1 – tell me about swach bharat abhiyan . Whom do you give responsibility to clean india -young or old age people ( tricky question)
Q2 – suppose you are DC of a lesser known district having a historical significance, how will you promote tourism there ?
Q3 – How can india’s economic growth can be sustained ?

Member 2

Q1 – compare Chinese economy and indian economy .
Q2 – what is centralised and decentralised economy?
Q3 – what economic system does india have ?
Q4 – can india achieve the economic growth like china and how ?
Q5 – (very tricky for me at that time ) – why india has lagged behind china although started early reforms almost same year ? (Follow up questions )

Member 3

Q1 – mention the historical significance of raebareli ? Where it was 1st mentioned ?
Q2 – Name the first PSU of raebareli .
Q3 – how Raebareli is related to Awadhi culture ? (He Siad me to read about it in more detail )
Q4 – tell me three things you would like to include while making economic policy of india .( i told equity, economic growth , self reliance )
Q5 – then he asked relate the last two and then tell . (OK sir )

Q1- U write about social issues , what kind of social issues bother you ?
Q2 – tell me about beti bachao and beti padhao , its achievements
Q3 – tell me one thing that you will do to remove poverty ?
Q4 – she asked in today’s newspaper , odisha’s gross enrolment ratio has come down , how beti bachao and beti padhao helpful there ? What could be the possible reasons for it ?

Twist plot – it was already above 30 mins ,chairman interrupted that time is up , but lady member said sir just two more questions, and then interview went for 38to 40 mins . (May be I was the 1st one to go that’s why )

Final experience– the board was very cordial (especially female members , they were encouraging me to speak ) , male members were strict and had no expression , however they were satisfied by my answers , the board was overall cordial . However u never know what comes out as result , so fingers crossed .
