UPSC Prelims: Things to carry and not to carry!

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) had released the e- admit cards for the civil services preliminary exam 2017.

You must download the e-admit cards in advance to avoid last minute rush.


Things to Carry

  • E- Admit card: Must.
  • Color of pen: Answers other than those made by black ball point pen would not be evaluated.
  • Proofs: Candidates who do not have clear photographs on the e­admit card will have to bring a photo identity proof – Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Passport,Voter ID Card etc. and 2 passport size photographs one for each session for appearing in the examination with an undertaking.
  • Entry inside hall: 20 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the examination.
  • Positive Attitude 🙂

Things not to Carry

  • Gadgets: Mobile Phones, Calculators, IT gadgets and any other communication device such as bluetooth are not allowed.
  • Negative Attitude 🙁
