pls suggest me I want to take optional commerce and accounting but also I want to write mains in Marathi medium. is it okey to write optional only in english medium and other gs exams in Marathi medium?
Yes you can. You can write your optional paper in English and use any another permissible language(Including Marathi) for writing rest of the GS Papers.
