i dont think bitcoin is a worldwide payment system as it has been accepted in only few countries .

I think worldwide payment system means here acceptance of Bitcoin for payment across the world by individuals or other bodies.
But It is not recognized by many countries, so even if its used as a means its not acceptable worldwide.
