In citizenship vala question they asked irrespective of nature of citizenship ..that I think also include by registration,decent etc..so I think it is wrong what u say??
loksabha is part of parliament ,so introduction into loksabha , indirectly means introduction into parliament. also doesnt it pass into Rajya sabha or just from loksabha it goes to president ? both house it has to go through ! “Baal ki khaal “
