Questions
1.) What are the scope and limitations of the power of the President and Governor to pardon in the constitution of India?
2.) What are the factors contributing to the global chip shortage? What measures can be taken to overcome the shortage?

Very good answer. Good use of the table to distinguish the powers, as it is convenient to read.
Some suggestions:
1. The pardoning powers are subject to limited judicial review. The Supreme Court can review the decision to check any arbitrariness. This was ruled in Sudhakar vs Andhra Pradesh Judgment (2006).
2. In the introduction, do mention, in a line or two, why the pardoning powers are granted to the Executive.
3. Be mindful of the spellings, it is discretionary.
Keep writing 🙂
Okay thanks for mentioning the points LIMITED JUDICIAL REVIEW……shall work on your points

One doubt ….. president ka pardoning power jese com advice binding hey wese governor ke uper hey or it’s discretionary ….?thoda confuse ho raha heyyy….
It is NOT discretionary in case of Governor also. This was the judgment by the Supreme Court in Perarivalan’s case recently. A Governor is bound by the State Government’s advice in matters under Art 161.
Okay thank you 😊
Good one. Just some slight improvements required
1. Do include impact of Russia-Ukraine war and disruption in supply of raw materials. Also increase in demand is due to sudden shift to digital systems during the lockdown.
2. To some extent, the manufacturing practices have also contributed to the shortage, e.g., the manufacturers keep minimal inventory.
3. Try to avoid generic reasons like lack of skills. This is not a reason for shortage.
Remedial measures aspect seems fine.
Overall good answer.
