1.) Discuss how the landmark judgments, over the period of time, contributed to the evolution of jurisprudence of reservation in India?

Good answer.
In the introduction, You can cite some data e.g., the conviction rate under some laws like UAPA is less than 5%, which indicates wrongful detention. High number of under-trials in prisons (~65-70%) also indicates that unnecessary arrests is one of the reason for this.
Under the reasons in favor, You can add: (a) Obligations under International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) to which India is a signatory; (b) The Supreme Court has said that granting of compensation is a necessary remedy for violations of fundamental rights; (c) Law Commission has recommended the same.

In suggestions, use keywords like ‘reforms in criminal justice system’ based on the recommendations of Malimath Committee on reforms in Criminal Justice System.
