  • ‘Samadhan Didi’ is an AI-enabled voice chatbot that makes public grievance redressal simpler, more accessibley, and multilingual.
  • Developed by: The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) developed it in collaboration with Bhashini.
  • Platform Integrated: It is fully integrated into the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS).
  • Key Features:
    • Voice-Based Grievance Filing: Citizens can lodge grievances by simply speaking in their own language and describing their concerns in plain words.
    • Automatic Grievance Classification: The chatbot understands the concern, asks relevant clarifying questions, identifies the appropriate Ministry, Department, category, and sub-category, and files the grievance with the correct authority.
    • Multilingual Accessibility: The system supports the 22 languages of the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution, and additional languages such as Bhojpuri, Garo, Khasi, Mijo, and Bodhi are being added in phases.
    • AI and Language Integration: The chatbot combines Bhashini’s language capabilities with grievance-classification models trained on CPGRAMS data to provide a seamless experience across Indian languages.
