The answer is correct. The question is about Bonn Convention which is Convention on Migratory Species and has 124 Parties. Both the statements given above are no where related Bonn Convention i think you are getting confused by the statement 2 though the countries mentioned in the statement are indeed parties of Bonn conventiin but it is about North sea states

7-8 months ago when i started didn’t have an iota of knowledge about all this stuff. Now when I look back, the journey doesn’t seem too bad either. Had prelims not been postponed i might have made it 🙁
