Previous year paper contained a lot of current affairs – so it was easier to have strategy for that type of paper
Who expects questions like Chandipur, Kakatiya ports. 🙂 Tab bhi what I felt is one has to read everything that he encounters in depth.
Understanding nuances and basics is very important. Practicing becomes very important. Not because of chances that questions will repeat, but you get an idea how to tackle prelims paper. Many questions in this year prelims could be solved by common sense and elimination method – so having that acumen always help. You cannot memorise everything !!!
Practice as much prelims mock quizzes and papers as possible !!!

i took RTV – Legal
Cabinet – collective responsibility
IVC – A – horse ka I thought about Surkotada and NO EVIDENCE looked extreme to me
These three questions looked contentious to me – baaki to saare answers key main same hi hai

IVC is the most contentious question. I think UPSC should give marks for both A and C , as it is very ambiguous question. But, yes I agree – many sources have suggested no awareness of horse. So, C may be correct
Anyways – Hrithik Roshan saved heroine from horses in Mohenjodaro movie 🙂
