Well as far as S&T is concerned u need to have a basic understanding of the concepts which keep appearing in the newspaper. Upsc generally asks very limited number of ques from this section and they are generally related to current affairs. So google some key concepts like cloning, stem cell therapy and prepare your own notes. U may also refer to science reporter if u feel the need and also if time permits. P.s. Ques on cloning and stem cell has been asked in prelims and mains this year. Go through previous years papers and analyse the trend.
