News: Prime Minister inaugurated the Emerging Science and Technology Innovation Conclave 2025 (ESTIC-2025) at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.
About Emerging Science, Technology & Innovation Conclave 2025 (ESTIC-2025)
- It is India’s premier STI platform, bringing together ministries, innovators, and global visionaries.
- 2025 Edition: It is the inaugural edition of Conclave.
- Organized by: It is a flagship annual event organized by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), in collaboration with ARCI, Hyderabad.
- Theme: “Viksit Bharat 2047 – Pioneering Sustainable Innovation, Technological Advancement and Empowerment”
- Purpose: It is designed to accelerate India’s STI (Science, Technology & Innovation) mission in alignment with the vision of “Viksit Bharat 2047”.
- It will showcase cutting-edge research, deep-tech breakthroughs, and thought-provoking discussions with Nobel Laureates, global experts, policymakers, and emerging leaders – igniting a new era of scientific leadership.
- Components of Conclave
- The conclave will feature plenary talks by Nobel Laureates, panel discussions, technical sessions on 11 thematic areas, poster presentations, deep-tech startup exhibitions, B2B/B2G meetings, and a high-stakes innovation pitch platform called PitchX.
- PitchX is a dedicated innovation platform where selected deep-tech startup CEOs will pitch their ideas to investors and industry leaders.
- The conclave will feature plenary talks by Nobel Laureates, panel discussions, technical sessions on 11 thematic areas, poster presentations, deep-tech startup exhibitions, B2B/B2G meetings, and a high-stakes innovation pitch platform called PitchX.
