News: The United States Geological Survey (USGS), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the Lunar Planetary Institute released the ‘Unified Geologic Map of the Moon’

  • It is the first ever digital, unified, global, geological map of the moon
  • Scale: 1:5,000,000
  • Significance:
