Ishan Bhatangar, an alumunus of NLU Delhi and a student of Forum IAS MGP 2025 Test Series and IGP 2025, has scripted history by securing Rank 5 in UPSC CSE 2025. Ishan had previously secured Rank 276 in UPSC 2023. Ishan has been a stellar student through-out his academic career.
