1. Ministry of Commerce & Industry sets up “Task Force on Aritifical Intelligence for Economic Transformation” -> World is on eve of 4th Industrial Revolution. Big Data powered Aritifical Intelligence will be key to establish cyber-physical systems. India aims to digitalise manufacturing sector to enhance productivity.

2. “Grievance Analysis and Systematic Reforms” study released by DARPG. Shows that number of grievance lodged to different ministries has increased 5 fold in last 3 years. This is because of quick redressal by government. Now time taken to address a grievance has reduced to 1 week. Steps are being taken to establish an e-office in every ministry and department. DARPG is also developing Development Goal Manual and Good Governance Index
