News: OpenAI has claimed a breakthrough on the Navier-Stokes problem after thousands of AI agents worked on it for 88 hours.
About Navier-Stokes Millennium Prize Problem

- The Navier-Stokes equations describe the movement of fluids such as air and water.
- The Clay Mathematics Institute identified the Navier-Stokes question as one of the seven Millennium Prize Problems.
- Scientists have not proved whether these equations always produce smooth and well-behaved solutions in three-dimensional fluid flow.
- Risk of singularity: The problem asks whether fluid velocity can become mathematically unbounded at some point, creating a singularity where the equations break down.

- AI effort: OpenAI said about 10,000 AI agents worked simultaneously for 88 hours.
