q1 issue in question
q 10- im not sure whether clearly mentioned would come under article 85

Actually in article 85 of the constitution of India the words” specified” are mentioned. Which means ” clearly”.

I think in first statement of first question , the statement are not appropriately framed.

Maximum strength of state legislative assembly fixed at 500 and minimum strength at 60.
*Articles 168 to 212 in Part VI of the Constitution deal with the organisation, composition, duration, officers, procedures, privileges, powers and so on of the state legislature.
*Summoning of Parliament is specified in Article 85 of the Constitution. Like many other articles, it is based on the provision of Government of India Act, 1935.
