News: The Delhi Regional Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Ministry of Labour & Employment, successfully organized a comprehensive awareness session on the SAMADHAN Portal 2.0 for trade union representatives.

About SAMADHAN Portal 2.0

  • It is an upgraded digital platform (for online filing, conciliation, arbitration, and adjudication of industrial disputes in alignment with the Labour Codes.
  • Nodal Ministry: It is platform of the Ministry of Labour and Employment
  • It facilitates dispute resolution for workers, employers, and trade unions.
  • Features: It features seamless online filing of Industrial Disputes, submission of various claims under the modern Labour Codes, and real-time status tracking mechanisms designed to empower stakeholders.
