- Mam: Why big giants are against this? Me: they have to invest more in India to set up data centers, they won’t be able to sell data to other organizations so they will lose.
- Mam: What is one serious concern that big giants are raising? Me: Mam similar concerns. (I was not aware of one single big issue. Should have told not aware about single big thing)
- Mam: What is your view on one nation one election? Me: it’s a good thing reasons security forces will be used better for border areas, development works will not stop due to mcc. But consensus should be there. Eci has suggested. (I didn’t know about eci stand but somewhere I read)

MEMBER 3
- Sir: You are coming from private which is so agile and things move at a very fast pace. Now you will go to government which is very slow in working. How you will adapt to this change? Me: sir I will understand the reasons for the slow pace. motivate the employees through improvement in work culture, goal setting theory break the big tasks into smaller tasks and reinforce the employees so that they get recognition for their work. And tracking of work so that there is accountability. Sir but the picture is not completely dark. Government is also increasing the pace.
- Sir: What were the conflicts you faced during working in Bosch and how did you resolve them? Me: Sir my manager used to micro manage on things. Then I created daily reports so that I can send sir my daily updates about my work. Secondly there was no timeline for the project so I used that time for research, learning from google and interacting with seniors.
