Congratulations for clearing Odisha civil services and also clearing upsc mains.
1) what upsc can learn from opsc? Whose examination process is better, upsc or opsc?
2) you’re from a political science background. How psir has helped you in clearing the OPSC examination?
3) Corruption in judiciary? What would have been the public reaction if the corruption case was found against a civil servant or politician? Is there any provision that provides immunity to the judges?
4) what was the impact of the 1st amendment of the Constitution? How 9th schedule has impacted the overall Indian polity?
5) suppose you cleared upsc and became cultural secretary of Odisha, how would you present your state in front of a cultural meeting of the country? Stand up and give a presentation on it for 2 mins.
6) what is the Rasgulla GI tag issue between Odisha and WB? Who got the GI tag?

1) your state is disaster-prone. Suggest some measures on how can we create disaster-resilient infrastructures in India?
2) why India doesn’t have any transshipment port? What are the steps being taken? What is the depth required for such ports?
3) how to manage plastic pollution? Mention some of the best practices.

1) why there are drop years in your education? What did you do after the 12th?
2) long monologue- on how in India there is a stigma attached to drop years while in the US students take drops and decide their career carefully. Suppose you’re an education secretary, what steps would you take for this?
3) How many post offices in India? How branch post offices are managed? Are they digitized? Is there any scope for corruption? What issues do they face? What is the work profile?
4) there are banks in rural areas. Why people would keep their money in post offices?
5) the salary you got was below minimum wage? How is this possible?
6) how long have you been preparing for the civil services?
He wanted to ask more questions, and the chairman asked him to stop.

1. Suppose you’re posted in a LWE affected area, what steps would you take for the development as well as security of the district.
2. What is NSA? When was it created? What tasks does he perform? What is the need of the NSA?

1. In the US there is a provision for taking loans for education which he/she can repay after getting a job. In India, it’s not prevalent. What are the positive and negative aspects of this?
2. But in your case you joined the postal to finance your education. What can be the solution for study loans? What if people default?
