Heard about PM-Wani scheme? (politely said that I’ve read about it, but unable to recall at the moment and she moved on to next question)

7. What do you think are the reasons why elected women leaders are not given due respect by govt officers/ village level officers?
8. And lastly, tell me.. What is a file? (thought for a second and she added more context to it) Imagine a file is kept in front of you and what will go on your mind immediately?
