How are you. Congratulations for clearing mains

2. A movie based on flute? I said a documentary name but he said i asked movie, then he asked about chandni film  & its song tere mere hothon pe meethe meethe geet mitwa…I said Pandit hariprasd chaurasia gave the music)
3. You are from Bihar, why is Bihar underdeveloped, what will you do if you are chief secy in case of president rule

1. You worked in L&T construction,  and are bridge design expert (which i am 100% not!) How will you save cost in bridge designing. (I never even thought of it. It was a petty competition that i won. I said sir I worked in power transmission and distribution. Can’t say much….he looked disappointed)
2. Chabahar port and its utility
3. What is more important INSTC or IMEC. which one has more benefits

2. What will you do to improve the forward and backward linkages ? Shit i only talked about forward ie, industry academia link ka issue. University  me kya hi backward ho sakta hai yehi sochta reh gaya main…

1. Minister Piyush goyal’s comment on startups. So tell me what are the steps that should be taken to improve the working of startups. (I took the side of entrepreneurs here, they are doing their bit
2. How to make our goods cheaper in US in the wake of trump’s tariffs. (I Totally missed that question and just talked about his tariffs and its issues, blunder!)

3. Defence minister was in bakhar (something like that, don’t remember the exact word). What is its strategic importance? I said I don’t know sir. He repeated and said what should be done about it?

Overall board was kind and cordial. But, I was lost at some places. Did not ask anything from universe and astrophysics, hell! I did almost a PHD on that.
Nowhere did i get any light heart question as in no non academic question apart from flute. Maybe this was my 5th attempt 1st interview and 1st mains and I had failed 4 prelims, this made them feel the need to check whether I had knowledge or not, kahi galti se to nahi aa gaya. Got no bakaiti type non serious questions (bakaiti is my main expertise so i could not show my talent!). It just went like a mains exam – all questions fitted a mains question paper
But, they did not ask any factual question or any stupid fact from today’s newspaper etc too. That was a respite as I was bad at facts
Interview sometimes depends less on our preparation and more on what they want to ask. So, don’t overstrain youselves. The more i think, the more I feel that it went bad. All hopes on godess durga.
