Q1. So I see you’ve worked with Kailash satyarthi – don’t you think he rescue children 10-20-50 whatever but they go back to same number – ‘so called activist ‘ doesn’t make difference
I said No mam , Activist like Kailash satyarthi are atleast initiating such reforms to address the menace of child labour.
Talking about the children going back further structural  step needs to be taken
What structural ? – data where child labour happening+ convincing parents ( taking them out of vicious cycle of poverty)

How can we collect data in informal sectors – send different person in places where child labour concentration is there + convince parents through communication – send them school – incentive like mid day meal etc

Mam asked one more question –
You are a bcom graduate- do you know which body regulates Charted Accountants ? I mentioned ICAI.
Then she said Okay. Do you know about NaBFID …. I told the full form

( Said , I’m not aware about it ).

– what is reflective Journaling
( Started explaining him how I write on social dynamics)
He interrupted and said how is it different from newspaper reading etc
( I said sir in RJ – openions are formed analysis is done and i decide what changes can be made )
Sir asked – Do you mean openions are not formed when I read newspaper
( No sir that is not the case but they are more structural and also can be revisited after a fortnight/ month )
He asked Benifits of it ?? ( I said sensitivity, analytical mindset on issues , EI etc )
I also added on my way of RJ ( changes in social institutions for example recently i jote down how intercaste marriage allowed in my family otherwise a traditional arrange marriage setup )

( Yes sir I was feeling a bit nervous. I tried talking to people and sir I tried breathing technique also 4-2-1 – sir laughed , I also
And to add on sir – i chanted also

Sir asked – you do it everytime? Does that work
Yes sir I apply this and it works for me.

Q – Asked quality of leader ( traditional time and new time – which are same )
I mentioned – clear communication, single goal , accessibility etc
He said what if all this fails which quality must be there – ( sir emotional intelligence is foremost – explained a bit – whithout this organisation/ social protest etc will shatter )

( I mentioned about social cohesion)

( Though I wasn’t aware of news )
I said mam I believe it must be for capturing the northern pole proximity – ARCTIC

Counter Q – why now ? What’s there in arctic that he is doing it now
