Questions
1) Discuss the challenges and opportunities presented by the implementation of a UCC in a diverse society like India, with a focus on the balance between religious freedom and gender equality.
2) Discuss the significance of the terms ‘Socialist’ and ‘Secular’ being included in the Preamble of the Indian Constitution, and the implications of their omission in certain editions.
