csat setb Q72 is D.
Explanation: No where in the passage have they mentioned there is no time for self-Improvement, Infact they are saying that the little leisure time is spent on amusements and other mentally Idle Things(magzines etc)

csat set b q2 ans is c.
Its a tricky one. Darwainian Theory of evolution is not a theory at all because , a theory needs to be refuted and in this passage author says its not been refuted and infact it is like a law as its been proved

CSAT

SET A

QUESTION 22 – D

Nowhere mentioned poor country in the passage..
Huge difference between poor and developing country
Eg – India is developing but not a poor country same goes with South Africa

Question – 63 – B – could be wrong

Very tricky but can say that certainly not A as Conventions are not sources… Either Nature, which is denied in the passage Or ( Law Books )

Right to education act is not source of right… Real source is Constitution of India

90 % – B

Why B?

As we regard Art 32 of the Indian Constitution is basis of all other FR’s, without it FR’s are just piece of paper..

In the same way Passage considers Social order to be basis without it rights can not be exercised

Question 71 – B

Mentions research where ( object is not scientific )

Scientific research can be pseudoscientific i.e where it is claimed to be scientific but not regarded by other as scientific because it does not follow all the three principles of scientific research

Question 2 – D

Directly even statement 1 is nowhere suggested

Asked what they ( can ) do

Gs 1 logic

All three can be done

Why 3 rd statement ?

Encouraged many nations by pledging net Zero

Broad Interpretation

QUESTION 42 – C

Passage talks about lack of spiritual development
Mentions little leisure time that means time is available – No scope for option B

Why not Option D?

Seeks Amusement ( to be) mentally idle not ( Is ) mentally idle

Question 32 – B

Word therefore is used to conclude your statement or whatever you have substantiated

Question 11 – A – Still could be wrong ❌

Why Not B ?

Used ( Should be * ) – Nowhere been suggested in passage and at same time extreme statement

Is it viable ?

That would hamper the basic tenent of democracy

Anyone can be politician whether they are elected Or not

Huge difference between politician and Parliamentarian Or Elected Candidate

My mohaala’s uncle and aunty are also politicians
