Birth and Domicile: Vibhor Bhardwaj was born in Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh, a small town that became the foundation of his big dream. His journey from a humble background to securing AIR 19 in UPSC CSE proves that determination knows no boundaries. 

Family Background: Vibhor’s father, Shri. Satish Chandra is an engineer by profession and works Deputy Manager who has been a crucial guide in the success story of Vibhor in becoming an IAS officer. Vibhor’s Mother Smt. Lata Devi is a homemaker and has provided much needed love, warmth, and support in Vibhor’s success. 

Educational Background:  Vibhor Bhardwaj has shown consistent performance in his educational journey by securing outstanding scores throughout his career. He scored 87.2% in his 10th class and 91% in his 12th class from UP Board, which is a great feat. Vibhor has completed his graduation and post-graduation from the prestigious Hansraj College in Physics. He has proven his academic mettle by scoring 91% in graduation and 9.1 CGPA in post-graduation. 

Previous work experience:  Vibhor secured a rank in the UPSC CSE 2022 examination and joined his training in Indian Railway Management Service in 2023.
